Switching to SMARTY from a Pay As You Go deal

- Do this online from https://smarty.co.uk/
- You can hold on to your SIM without activating for up to six month after ordering.
- Call your current provider.
- Request a PAC code if you want to transfer your number to us.Β
- Your PAC code will be valid for 30 days from the date you request it - make a note of this date!
- Login and activate your SMARTY SIM.
- You need to do this before you can transfer your number.
- Activating is simple and should take a couple of minutes.Β
- Transferring is the final step in switching. You'll need the PAC code from your current provider.
- Try and do this a week before your PAC code expires, just in case.
- You do this online in your SMARTY dashboard.
- This can take a couple of days, so donβt leave it til the last minute.
- Requests can take up to 2 business days to process.Β
