An SMS shortcode service is trying to message you

We sent you this SMS to let you know that a service you previously signed up for is trying to send you a message.

As there is a charge to receive this message, and you don't have sufficient out-of-plan add-on balance to receive it, you'll need to buy an add-on.

I don't want to receive these messages

You'll need to unsubscribe to this message to stop receiving it.

You can usually do this by replying STOP to the message (you will likely be charged to send this, so an out-of-plan add-on balance needs to be available)

If this doesn't work, you'll need to contact the provider. You can find their details in our Shortcode checker.

I want to receive this message; how do I do so?

Simply buy an out if plan add on

You can check our Shortcode checker to see how much incoming messages cost from the Shortcode.

I didn't sign up for this service

These services are usually linked to a subscription that was set up before you joined SMARTY, or activated accidentally (for example, by tapping a link or advert and entering your mobile number). You can find out how to unsubscribe above.
