Reboxed® offer refurbished handsets at great prices. They buy and sell pre-owned devices, making it a sustainable way to get your hands on new tech.

How can SMARTY customers get discount at Reboxed®? 🛒

Head to your app or online dashboard and click Need a phone? in the Menu drop-down. 👇

You'll then be taken to the SMARTY store on the Reboxed® website where your discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Simple! 🙌

How much discount can customers get? 💸

With this exclusive partnership, SMARTY customers will receive:

  • £10 on all purchases up to £400.

  • £20 on all purchases ranging from £400 to £649.

  • £30 on all purchases exceeding £650.

What is a refurbished Reboxed®phone? 📱

Reboxed® refurbished phones have been quality checked by their 70-point TechCheck® certification process and include a 12-month warranty so that you can shop with confidence. 💃

This covers the following types of phones:

• Old phones that are used but may have been repaired with new parts.

• New phones that people have simply opened and sent back to be sold again.

• Brand new phones that had technical issues from the manufacturers, but look brand new so were sent back to be sold again after being repaired.

Do Reboxed® phones come with warranties? 🔍

Every Reboxed® phone comes with a free 12-month warranty. Due to the quality of their devices, they guarantee each one will be free from any refurbished defects or faults for 12 months – or they'll replace it.

Their TechCheck® guarantee covers:

  • Technical defects

  • Faults caused by parts or materials

Who do I contact if there's an issue with my Reboxed® device or delivery? 📦

If you’re having any technical issues with your Reboxed® phone or your delivery, please email support@reboxed.co or hit the chat button in the 'Help' section on the Reboxed website.
