To protect your account from fraud and improve security, we've recently launched Multi Factor Authentication. This means that when you log in, you'll be asked for your user name and password. We'll then send you a 6 digit one time passcode to your SMARTY number or email address and you'll need to enter this to proceed with log in and access your account.

To keep your details secure from fraudsters, we'll ask you to complete Multi Factor Authentication every so often for each device/ browser that you have logged in to and chosen to trust.

If you choose not to trust your device/ browser then you’ll be required to complete Multi Factor Authentication every time you login to your SMARTY account.

How do I get my one time passcode?

By SMS to your registered SMARTY number, or your registered SMARTY email address. To request the passcode via e-mail, click the link below the resend code button. Your code is valid for 10 minutes.

Will I log out of all my devices at the same time?

If you reset your password you will be signed out of all devices. If you request a replacement SIM you will also be signed out of all devices.

Additionally, if you suspect your account may have been compromised you are able to “sign out everywhere” under your account settings. This will log out any devices and browsers currently logged in to your SMARTY account.

I can’t access my phone, how can I access the code?

You are able to access your code via email in addition to SMS. You just need to click the link below where it says 'resend code' when you try to login. Please allow up to ten minutes for the e-mail to be received.

My SIM is in a WiFi router, how can I access the code?

I'm not receiving my code?

- Allow up to 10 minutes for the code to arrive

- Don't request too many codes! You need to enter the most recent code you've received, as each time you request a new code, it makes the old one invalid.

- If you've requested the code via email, check spam/junk folders.
