To protect your account from fraud and improve security, we use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). π
This means that when you log in, you'll be asked for your email and password. We'll then send you a 6-digit one-time passcode to your SMARTY number or email address, and you'll need to enter this to proceed with login and access your account.
To keep your details secure from fraudsters, we'll ask you to complete MFA every so often for each device/ browser that you have logged in to and chosen to trust.
If you choose not to trust your device/ browser, then youβll be required to complete MFA every time you login to your SMARTY account.
