SMARTY SIMs will be delivered via Royal Mail. As such, if you place an order before 4pm, you should receive your SIM within 2 business days.

If you request a SIM after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend, the order won’t be processed until Monday – which means you should receive your SIM by the end of Wednesday.

If you need help outside of these times, you can still submit your question via web chat and leave your email address or mobile number. We’ll reply as soon as possible.
