Over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, your SIM might take a little longer to arrive, so please allow a few extra days for it to reach you.
As soon as you place an order for a new SMARTY SIM, youโll receive an email from us confirming your order. ๐ฉ
Then, when it's left the warehouse, youโll receive another email confirming itโs been dispatched and it's on route to you!
All our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail First Class, so we don't receive any tracking information about the delivery of your SIM after itโs been dispatched. ๐ฌ

If you place an order within a business day (Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm) it should be delivered to you within 2 business days.
Outside of that, it might take an extra business day, or longer if itโs a Bank Holiday or over a festive period.

Please allow at least 5 business days for your SIM to reach you as it may still be in transit. Bear in mind, deliveries over bank holidays and festive periods will experience delays.
If it's been longer than 5 business days, you can order a free replacement via your dashboard. Simply log in and select My SIM hasn't arrived.
Check your delivery address is displayed correctly, if not you can update it before you order.

As we send our SIMs via 1st class post, we don't receive any tracking information after your SIM is dispatched. However, you'll receive an email from us to confirm once your SIM has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, we can't send your SIM via another postal service or use a different Royal Mail method, such as signed for or tracked.
