Know how SMARTY SIMs are delivered to understand when your SIM will arrive

As soon as you place an order for a new SMARTY SIM, you’ll receive an email from us confirming your order. 📩

We’ll then send you an email once your SIM has been dispatched, including tracking details (if available), so you can follow its journey.

📬 Most of our SIMs are delivered by Amazon and usually arrive within 2 days of dispatch.

In certain locations, Amazon will use Royal Mail 1st Class post to deliver your SIM. You won’t be able to track these deliveries.


FAQ's

When will my SIM arrive? 📅

We send our SIMs with Amazon's tracked 2-day delivery, Monday to Friday.

  • Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri): Your SIM will be dispatched the same day and should arrive within 2 days.

  • Orders placed after 4pm or over the weekend/bank holiday: Your SIM will be dispatched the next working day and should arrive within 2 days of dispatch.

If your SIM is being delivered by Royal Mail, it’s sent by 1st Class post and should reach you within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Can I track my SIM delivery? 🚚

Yes, if your SIM is being delivered by Amazon (we'll let you know in your dispatch email), we’ll send you an email with a 'Consignment number' (aka a tracking ID) and link once it has been dispatched, where you can track your delivery.

In certain locations, Amazon will use Royal Mail 1st Class to deliver your SIM. If your SIM is being delivered via Royal Mail, we don’t receive any tracking information once it has been dispatched, so you won’t be able to track this.

My SIM hasn't arrived 😭

Most SIMs arrive within 2 days from dispatch if ordered Monday - Friday before 4pm.

Delivery examples:

  • Order on Thursday before 4pm → arrives by Saturday

  • Order on Friday before 4pm → arrives by Sunday

  • Order on Friday after 4pm or Sat/Sun → dispatched Monday, arrives by Wednesday

Note: Deliveries over bank holidays and festive periods may take longer.

📅 If it’s been longer than 5 working days:

  • You can order a free replacement SIM from your dashboard. Just log in and select ‘My SIM hasn’t arrived’.

  • Before ordering, check your delivery address is correct. If it’s not, update it so your replacement reaches you without delay.

Can I have my SIM sent by signed delivery or another courier? 💭

Unfortunately, we can't send your SIM via another postal service or use a different Royal Mail method, such as signed for or tracked.

Do you ship internationally? 🌍

Our SIMs are designed to be used in the UK, therefore, we can only send our SIMs to UK postal codes.
