We offer an innovative data discount on some of our plans, where you can receive a discount for unused data. Genius right?!😎 Here's how it works 👇

At the end of each month, we'll work out what you're owed and give you a discount that can be used on your next bill. And what's more, we'll calculate your unused data in MBs, not GBs, so you'll get exactly what’s due.

We'll keep £5 from your monthly charge to cover the costs of running the network and providing free unlimited UK calls and texts. This applies to all SMARTY small data plans, (1GB, 2GB and 3GB) but, after this basic charge, you'll earn credit for any unused data each month.

We’ll send you a text message and email at the start of every month to confirm each discount. This will help you get the most out of whichever deal you’re on.

FAQ's

How is the discount applied to my account? 💰

If you've set up your SMARTY plan to automatically renew every month, we'll apply any discount to your next plan without you having to do anything.

If you haven't enabled automatic renewal, then you'll have to renew your plan before any credit can be applied to your account.

My discount isn't what I expected 🤔

The data discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. It is also not available on our Voice or Data-only plans.

What happens to my data discount if I change plans? 🔍

If you decide to move down plans i.e. from 3GB to 1GB, if your discount is greater than the price of the new plan minus the £5 minimum charge, you will be unable to use the full discount and will lose the balance.

For example, if you earn a £2 discount by using 1GB on a 3GB plan and move to 1GB plan you would only be able to use £1 of your discount. Our recommendation is to stay on the plan as the discount would give you the same price as changing.
