How do I delete my account?

Here’s how to delete your SMARTY account whether you have or haven’t completed a payment on it yet

If you haven’t completed a payment and ordered a SIM on your account, deleting it is easy - just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Account page. You will find this by logging in and clicking on 'Menu' on the top right corner of your screen.

2. Click 'Delete this account' and confirm.

3. You’ll be redirected to the SMARTY homepage and that’s it.

If you have completed a payment and ordered a SIM, you’ll need to activate it first. Then, follow these steps to leave SMARTY.
