We’re doing planned maintenance work from September 9th at 8PM to September 10th at 10AM, which means that our website and the app will be temporarily unavailable.

Good news!

Even though you won't be able to manage your account for a little while, everything else will work just fine. You can still make calls, text, and use your data without interruptions.

We know it's a bit of a hassle, but this maintenance is important to keep things running smoothly. We'll have everything back up and running as soon as possible.

Here’s some of the services that will be affected:

  • Requesting PAC/STAC/INFO: You won’t be able to request this information during the maintenance window. We recommend you do it before, if you're planning to switch around that time.

  • Buying an Add-On when in the UK or Roaming: Want to grab an extra add-on? Best to do it before the maintenance, to make sure you're keeping connected, especially if you're roaming.

  • Changing Adult Content Filters: Updating these filters will not be possible until the website and app are back online.

  • Switching Your Plan: If you’re thinking of changing your plan, you can do it before the maintenance window, by going in the dashboard/app, or contacting us.
