If you can’t use your available data, here’s how to update your APN settings.

When you join SMARTY, all of your settings should update automatically and everything should work fine. 😎

However, if you can’t access the internet when you’ve got available data (yet you can still make calls), you may need to replace your current APN settings with SMARTY’s details.

Here’s how to find and update APN settings for your device:

Apple

Find your iOS settings by going to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network

Next, replace what’s there with the information below.

iPhone APN settings:

Mobile Data
APN: mob.asm.net
Username: [leave this field blank]
Password: [leave this field blank]
MMS: [leave this field blank]
APN: mob.asm.net
Username: [leave this field blank]
Password: [leave this field blank]
MMSC: http://mms.um.three.co.uk:10021/mmsc

Android

Find your Android settings by going to Settings > More… (under Wireless & Networks) or Connections > Mobile Network > Access Point Names > 3 > Edit Access Point

Next, replace what’s there with the information below.

General APN settings (Android):

Password: [leave this field blank]

Sony Xperia

Find your Sony settings by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Advanced > Access Point Names

Find your Windows settings by going to Settings >Network & wireless > Mobile & SIM > If a Data connection is disabled, enable Data connection / If Data connection is enabled, go to the next step > SIM settings > Choose Add an Internet APN.
