Account balance is available credit in your account you can use towards money off your next renewal or towards the purchase of an add-on.
For example, you go on holiday and buy a £10 out-of-plan add-on to use your phone abroad. You come back and you have £5 of the add-on left. You can convert this £5 to your account balance to be used towards your next renewal!
Converting your account balance is easy.. 🚀
Head to your Dashboard
Scroll down to your add-ons and click Manage add-ons
Then click Convert to account credit
Confirm your choice by selecting Yes, continue
Job done! You'll receive an email to confirm the change has gone through - it might take a few minutes for your dashboard to update.
