If you’d like to take away the hassle of talking to your previous network provider, we can terminate your old phone number and the service with your former provider for you. Simply follow these steps to request a STAC and cancel your previous service. Only continue with this if you’re ok with letting go of your old number as you won’t be able to get it back.
