Has your SIM arrived in the post and are you ready to activate? πŸ“¬

If so, Log in to your online account and tap Activate my SIM to begin your billing month and start using your plan. πŸ’ƒ

Activation should happen in just a few minutes but could take up to 2 hours.

We’ll send you an email and a text to your SMARTY SIM when your SIM is activated.

You’ll automatically get a brand new SMARTY number when you join. You can start using this number as soon as you activate.


I'm having issues activating my SIM πŸ€”

  1. First, try restarting your device. We know this is the basics, but it's a good way to refresh settings and make sure SIM services are up and running.

  2. Ensure your SIM is inserted correctly, we know they are small so check they are sat the correct way in the SIM tray.

  3. Make sure that your phone is unlocked. To use SMARTY, your device must be unlocked to all networks and at least 4G VoLTE compatible. (We'll soon be switching off 3G, find out more here)

  4. Check you haven't inserted the Bonus SIM. We send two SIMs in our packaging, so double check you have inserted the one with the number that matches your online account.
