If you want to update the name on the account you registered with us, we can only do this under certain circumstances, as we don't allow a change of account ownership.
If your name has changed and you'd like to update it, we'll need proof to verify the change, such as:
Marriage or Civil Partnership Certificate
Decree Absolute
Deed Poll Certificate
If you have any of the above documents and want to get your name updated, please email a copy to proofs@support.smarty.co.uk
The team will aim to respond within a day.
