If you no longer want to have a Group plan, we hope you’ll continue with us as a standalone SMARTY account.
👉 Closing your Group is simple, all you need to do is remove all Members from the Group. To remove Members, see here.
Once everyone is removed, the Group will automatically close. The Group Owner will then become a standalone SMARTY account.
💫 For Mix & Match, any 10% Group discount will end.
🌍 For Everyone Unlimited, you’ll need to pick a standard plan, as you’ll no longer be eligible for the discounted Everyone Unlimited rate.
Group Owner leaving the Group:
💫 On Mix & Match, the Group Owner can terminate their own account and leave SMARTY, but they can still manage the Group and its Members until everyone else has left.
🌍 On Everyone Unlimited, the Group Owner cannot terminate their account until all Members have either left the plan or terminated their accounts.
A note on Nickname accounts 👇
These accounts always stay in your Group, even if the account is terminated. If you want a Nickname account removed from your dashboard after termination, contact us and we’ll assist you with this.
