Transfers should happen within 1 working day. 📅
Submit your PAC on a working day (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM) for your transfer to complete by the end of the next working day. Outside of that, it might take an extra business day, or longer if it's a Bank Holiday.
For example, if you submit your PAC to us on a Tuesday at 3pm, your number will transfer by the end Wednesday.
But if you submit your PAC to us on a Thursday at 7pm, your number won't transfer until the following Monday (providing it's not a Bank Holiday). 🙌
Please note: You'll need to make sure that your SIM card is activated by 5pm on the last working day before your transfer takes place. Failing to do this, your transfer may get delayed.
