If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account, you can reset it, following these steps:

  1. Select the “Forgot password” link underneath your login details
  2. Enter the Email address you used when registering your SMARTY account and select “Send me a link”
  3. Open link sent to you by Email. This Link will take you straight to your SMARTY dashboard.
  4. Navigate to "account settings". You will find this by clicking on "Menu" on top right of page.
  5. Select “Change Password” next to your details.
  6. Click, “Send me a link” button
  7. Select, “reset my password” button in Email received
  8. Type in new password in text box and select, “Save new password”
  9. Your password has now been changed and you will receive a confirmation Email.
