If you have forgotten your password and cannot access your account, you can reset it, following these steps:
- Select the “Forgot password” link underneath your login details
- Enter the Email address you used when registering your SMARTY account and select “Send me a link”
- Open link sent to you by Email. This Link will take you straight to your SMARTY dashboard.
- Navigate to "account settings". You will find this by clicking on "Menu" on top right of page.
- Select “Change Password” next to your details.
- Click, “Send me a link” button
- Select, “reset my password” button in Email received
- Type in new password in text box and select, “Save new password”
- Your password has now been changed and you will receive a confirmation Email.
