If you haven’t completed a payment and ordered a SIM on your account, deleting it is easy - just follow the steps below:

Step 1

Go to your Account page. You will find this by logging in and clicking on "Menu" on the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2

Click “Delete this account” and confirm.

You’ll be redirected to the SMARTY homepage.

That’s it.

If you have completed a payment and ordered a SIM, you’ll need to activate it first. Then, follow these steps to leave SMARTY.
