To protect your account from fraud and improve security, we've recently launched Multi Factor Authentication. This means that when you log in, you'll be asked for your user name and password. We'll then send you a 6 digit one time passcode to your SMARTY number or email address and you'll need to enter this to proceed with log in and access your account.

To keep your details secure from fraudsters, we'll ask you to complete Multi Factor Authentication every so often for each device/ browser that you have logged in to and chosen to trust.

If you choose not to trust your device/ browser then you’ll be required to complete Multi Factor Authentication every time you login to your SMARTY account.

How do I get my one time passcode?

By SMS to your registered SMARTY number or your registered SMARTY email address. This is valid for 10 minutes.

Will I log out of all my devices at the same time?

If you reset your password you will be signed out of all devices. If you request a replacement SIM you will also be signed out of all devices. Additionally if you suspect your account may have been compromised you are able to “sign out everywhere” under your account settings. This will log out any devices and browsers currently logged in to your SMARTY account.
