Once you've activated your account, you can update your registered postal address at any stage by logging into your dashboard online or via our app.

From our dashboard, you'll just need to go to Account settings, and click on 'Edit your personal details'.

Here, you can select 'Update my address':

Start typing your new address, or you can manually enter it using the option below:

To update via our app, go to;

  • You

  • Click Account Settings

  • Then Personal details

  • Hit Address

  • And type your Postcode

If your address does not display, select My address is not listed and you can enter it manually.

Remember to hit save/confirm to complete the changes.
