So, you're thinking of switching your services SMARTY using the app? No problem, we've got your back. In this super laid-back article, we'll walk you through a short step-by-step guide. 😎

Please note: this guide is relevant to existing customers only.

Step 1: Log into the app, go to 'You' and then 'Account Settings'.

Step 2: Select 'Your number'.

Step 3: Tap on 'Enter PAC or STAC code.

Step 4: Enter the number you'd like to cancel/bring to SMARTY.

Step 5: Type in your PAC/STAC code.

Step 6: Make sure you read the terms displayed and once you are happy to continue, tap 'Accept'.

Step 7: Continue with a 'one working day' processing time or choose a date by tapping on 'you can choose a date' highlighted in green.

Step 8: Press continue.

From here, follow any further instructions on-screen. If you are unable to complete the switching request and need help from our team, head to our contact page.
