How to Order Your eSIM ⚡

The fastest and easiest way to order your eSIM is through your SMARTY dashboard. Follow below for a step by step guide on how to get started with eSIM.

New Customers🌟

eSIM is a brand-new feature here at SMARTY, and we're currently building a smoother journey for new customers behind the scenes.

Right now, new customers will need to order a physical SIM card first. Once it arrives and your account is active, you can quickly request a switch to an eSIM through your account.

We know it’s not the ideal process, but we're working hard to improve it and hope to launch a more streamlined experience very soon.

You can join SMARTY right here. Once your SIM arrives and is activated, you can request your eSIM straight away. Just follow the next dropdown for existing customers.

Existing Customers👍

You can request an eSIM using the replacement SIM option in your SMARTY dashboard. Just log in, head to your menu, go to Account settings, then Manage plan, and you’ll see the Replace my SIM option 📱

Follow the steps from there. It’s quick and easy ✅ When you reach the end, you’ll be asked whether you want to activate now or activate later. Here’s what each option means:

Activate Now ⚡

Your current SIM will be disconnected straight away, and your new eSIM will be sent to your registered email address 📧 Add the eSIM to your device and you’re good to go. This option means minimal downtime ⏱

Activate Later ⌛

Your current SIM will be disconnected and your account will be suspended 🔒 You’ll also be logged out of your dashboard. We’ll send you an email with a link to reactivate your account. Once you’re reactivated, your eSIM details will be emailed to you. Just a heads-up - you’ll still be charged during this time 💳
