How do I install my eSIM? 📲

Once you’ve received your QR code and activation details by email, along with your 4-digit confirmation code, you’re ready to get started.

Replacing a SIM?
You’ll find your confirmation code in your SMARTY dashboard.

New to SMARTY?
Your confirmation code is sent in a second email, separate from your QR code.

You may see this referred to as a PIN or a code, or as a Three confirmation code. This is normal, as Three power our network.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A stable Wi-Fi connection

  • Your eSIM email containing the QR code and activation code. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder
