Unlimited data, minutes and texts, one renewal date, one payment at one great price. £20 for the Group Owner and £15 per Group Member.
Changing plan in Mix and Match 💫
If you are a Group Owner wanting to change a Member's plan, it's easy to do 👇
In your dashboard, select Menu
Select the Group Member you want to change plans for
Below the Member's current usage bar at the top, you'll see Change plan >
Select the new plan, and the 10% discount will already be applied so you can see the discounted plans available
Confirm all the details and submit!
Done and dusted. Their new plan will start from their next renewal month and you'll receive an email to confirm the changes have gone through. 📩

Not right now. Once you’ve set up your Group, you’ll stay on the plan type you chose – either Mix & Match or Everyone Unlimited. To switch, you’d need to close the Group and start a new one, which means re-inviting everyone.
That’s why we recommend choosing the plan that best fits your Group's usage from the start. 👍
How can I buy an add-on in a Group?
How can I buy an add-on in a Group?
Only the Group Owner has access to buy add-ons.
If you are a Group Owner - just select which member you want to buy an add-on for, then head to the dashboard to purchase.
If you are a Group Member - you'll need to ask the owner to purchase for you.
Note: You'll only be shown add-ons specific to your Group plan, some may not appear if they are not compatible with your plan type.
Can I have some members on Mix and Match and some on Everyone Unlimited?
Can I have some members on Mix and Match and some on Everyone Unlimited?
No – the Everyone Unlimited plan is a set plan and price for the whole Group, so everyone gets the same unlimited data, calls and texts.
If you want each Member to have a different plan based on their data needs, the Mix & Match plan is the way to go. It gives every Member the freedom to pick their own plan (and still enjoy 10% off each SIM).
