Once you've activated your account, you can update your registered email address at any stage by logging into your Dashboard or App. Just go to Account settings, edit your details and hit Save.

You need to be logged in for this link to jump directly to your settings

In our App go to;

  • You

  • Click Account Settings

  • Then Personal Details

  • You'll see your Email, select this and edit away.

So that we can validate the change, we'll email you a link to click.

Please ensure that you click the link with the same device that you used to request the change. Also try to do this shortly after the request.

If you use another gadget or wait too long, the validation won't go through and you'll lose any edits that you've made.
