Get a PAC to keep your number

You'll need a PAC to keep your current number when you change networks. To request this you can use any of the options below:

  • Log into your Dashboard/App - Go to 'Settings' -> 'Manage Plan' -> 'Leave SMARTY'. Your PAC will be generated on screen and you will receive a SMS/Email with the switching information as well.

  • Text 'PAC' followed by your date of birth in the format 'DDMMYY' to 65075. Your PAC will be sent back by text and email within 60 seconds. Example: PAC 240689

  • Contact our support team via webchat or email team@smarty.co.uk to request your PAC.


Get a STAC to close down your number

You'll need a STAC to leave your number behind when you change networks. To request this you can use any of the options below:

  • Log into your Dashboard/App - Go to 'Settings' -> 'Manage Plan' -> 'Leave SMARTY'. Your STAC will be generated on screen and you will receive a SMS/Email with the switching information as well.

  • Text 'STAC' followed by your date of birth in the format 'DDMMYY' to 75075. Your STAC will be sent back by text and email within 60 seconds. Example: STAC 240689

  • Contact our support team via webchat or email team@smarty.co.uk to request your STAC.


View your switching information

  • Log into your Dashboard/App - Go to 'Settings' -> 'Manage Plan' -> 'Leave SMARTY'. Your INFO will be generated on screen and you will receive a SMS/Email with the switching information as well.

  • Text 'INFO' followed by your date of birth in the format 'DDMMYY' to 85075. Your switching information will be sent back by text and email within 60 seconds. Example: INFO 240689

  • Contact our support team via webchat or email team@smarty.co.uk to request your INFO.


Once the information is used to change networks and the switch is complete, you will get a confirmation via email. The next time you try to log into your dashboard you'll see that your account has closed, however you are still the group owner and you will still have access to the other member accounts.

Please note that when a PAC/STAC/INFO is requested, you will also receive relevant information about your remaining balance. If any, you may be entitled to a refund. To find out more, click here.
