It covers anyone that has taken out a new SMARTY account within 14 days of placing their order.

How do I terminate under this policy?

Please note that this process is not reversible and an account termination cannot be undone. If you're unsure, you can always turn off auto-renew via your online account and no further payment will be taken.

If you didn’t activate your SIM:

Simply follow this link to terminate the account via your dashboard and request a refund, which will be processed with 2-3 working days.

If you’ve activated your account, but haven’t used any services:

Chat to us and we’ll arrange your account to be closed & get your PAC or STAC (if needed). Your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.

If you’ve activated your account and have used services:

Chat to us to terminate your account, get your PAC or STAC (if needed) and your refund. The refund will be calculated according to what you’ve used up to the date you stop using your services with us and will be processed at the end of your billing period; at the end of the first 30 days.

How do the refunds work?

A refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
