As a reminder, if you are moving to an eSIM as part of a SIM replacement, you will only receive one email and this will contain your eSIM QR code.
Your four digit confirmation code will appear on your SMARTY dashboard as soon as you log in.

If you’re replacing a SIM and have received your eSIM QR code email but cannot see your confirmation code in your dashboard or the app, try logging out and back in again. Fully closing and reopening the app can also help. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the SMARTY app and update it if needed.
If you’re a new customer, your confirmation code is sent in a second email, separate from your QR code email. It will not appear in your dashboard or the app. If you cannot see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
As a reminder, if you have not received your eSIM QR code email yet, your confirmation code will not be available. The QR code email can take up to two hours to arrive.
