Your SMARTY eSIM confirmation code is the final piece of your eSIM journey, and this article will help you get it fast. There is only one way to receive your eSIM confirmation code, and that’s by viewing it on your SMARTY dashboard.

As a reminder, if you are moving to an eSIM as part of a SIM replacement, you will only receive one email and this will contain your eSIM QR code.
Your four digit confirmation code will appear on your SMARTY dashboard as soon as you log in.

If you’ve received your eSIM QR code email but still can’t see your confirmation code on your dashboard or in the app, a quick log out and log back in or fully closing the app should sort it. You should also check you’re using the latest version of the app and update it if needed.
As a reminder, if you haven’t received your QR code email yet, you won’t be able to see your confirmation code. It can take up to two hours to arrive.
If two hours have passed, or you have your eSIM QR code but still no confirmation code, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll be able to provide it for you.
