Follow these steps if you bought a SMARTY SIM in a shop, ordered it through an online supplier, or received a bonus SIM.

  1. Make sure you’re logged out of any existing SMARTY accounts.

  2. Go to or the SMARTY App and click ‘Let’s get started’

  3. Follow the steps to activate your SIM. You’ll be prompted to choose a plan, create an account, and make a payment for your first month.

That’s it 🙂

For the App, make sure you're logged out and select 'Join SMARTY'. Then follow the 'Activate SIM' steps.

Want to keep your old number and bring it over to SMARTY?

Follow these easy steps to transfer your previous number. We’ll also close your account with your previous provider for you as part of that process.

Want to cancel your old number with your previous provider?

If you’d like to take away the hassle of talking to your previous network provider, we can terminate your old phone number and the service with your former provider for you. Simply follow these steps to request a STAC and cancel your previous service. Only continue with this if you’re ok with letting go of your old number as you won’t be able to get it back.
